i loved the room it had a big bathtub with separate shower. the ac worked strongly i must say. i ate at the hotel most nights because every meal was delicious. the staff learnt our names i found this very personable.
the spa needs training. i got my nails done but they didn't disinfect and used ugly colors. it came out bumpy so my wife had it redone. it peeled after two days and was expensive.

The resort staff was attentive. I particularly enjoyed the floating breakfast in the private pool, it felt special. Daily housekeeping maintained the villa in immaculate condition. We found the attention to detail quite excellent.
The number of stairs throughout the hotel posed a challenge, requiring extra time to navigate between different areas of the resort.
